What owners ask before they sign.

How fast can we go live before the next major weather event?
If you sign the Diagnostic this week, we deliver the readiness report by Week 2 and you're live by Week 4. Tier 3 has a priority deployment track of 10 days.
What happens to our existing phone setup?
No change to your number. We use call-forwarding to route after-hours and overflow traffic to the AI receptionist, then hand off to your on-call dispatcher or tech via text or app notification. You can test it before going live.
Will this conflict with our existing CRM or JMS (job management software)?
No. We integrate with Encircle, Albi, DASH, Restoration Manager, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, and most major JMS platforms. If yours isn't on that list, we'll tell you on the discovery call.
Do you require an annual contract?
No. All retainers are month-to-month with a 30-day cancel. Founding-member rates are locked for as long as you stay continuously enrolled.
What if we already have a TPA panel relationship?
Even better. Our infrastructure makes you faster and cleaner on panel work — which is exactly what TPAs measure you on for renewal and volume allocation.
What does "founding member" mean?
The first five Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients (and three Tier 3 clients) we sign get the founding rate locked for the life of the engagement. After those seats are gone, the standard rate applies to new sign-ups.
Why so cheap?
Because we want our first five clients to be case studies. The founding rate is below our break-even at scale, on purpose. You're trading a lower price for being a reference in our first year.
