How well does your shop capture inbound calls? After-hours answer rate, booking conversion, confirmation-text speed — the metrics that decide whether a storm-event lead becomes a job.

Section 02 · Q5–8

Adjuster relationships

How systematically do you manage the adjuster channel? Directory hygiene, automated updates after job complete, dormant-adjuster reactivation, and top-3 referrer revenue concentration.

Section 03 · Q9–12

Documentation & cash cycle

How fast does a completed job become deposited cash? Claim-package turnaround, photo organization, Xactimate process, and days-from-job-complete to invoice-paid.

    Walk through it with your office manager and your top operator. You'll know within 12 questions which category is leaking the most revenue.

    If you score below 22/36, book a call.

    A score under 22 means you're leaking revenue in multiple sections. The 15-minute call is the right next step — we'll prioritize the leaks and tell you whether the Diagnostic makes sense.

    If you score 22–29, you're close — but still leaking.

    Most shops at this level have one specific leak that's costing them disproportionately. We can usually pinpoint it on a 15-minute call.
