About Webstar Digital

Built around your business. Not a generic SaaS pretending to fit.

Webstar Digital is a Texas-registered LLC focused on one industry: emergency restoration. We don't work with HVAC, e-commerce, or "small businesses" generally. Depth in restoration is the only thing we're building toward.

Why restoration

Three reasons we chose this niche on purpose.

1. The operational gap is enormous. Restoration shops in the Southeast run businesses with $2M–$30M in annual revenue using infrastructure that often looks like spreadsheets, group texts, and a job-management system that gets opened on Monday morning. The gap between the work being done and the systems supporting it is wider here than in almost any other vertical. That gap is where revenue leaks live.

2. The economics reward fast execution. Restoration is one of the few industries where being three minutes faster on a call literally captures a job from a competitor. The marginal value of operational improvements is unusually high because cycle time directly drives cash flow, adjuster relationships, and panel position. A 10% improvement in any one of those compounds quickly.

3. The seasonal urgency is real and recurring. Hurricane season, tornado season, polar-vortex freezes, and severe-weather events create predictable surge demand across the Southeast. Shops either enter each season ready, or they spend six months recovering from the chaos. We exist to make sure you're in the first category.

What we believe

The operator-built philosophy.

We build for the shop, not the conference. Restoration tech vendors love their booth at IICRC. We've never sold a contract at a conference and we don't plan to. Our entire pipeline is owners who said "send me the readiness checklist" and "let's talk Tuesday."

We refuse to be a generalist. The fastest way to under-deliver is to try to serve restoration shops, HVAC contractors, and dental practices with the same product. We're one industry, deep, on purpose.

We default to writing it down. Every Diagnostic produces a written report. Every retainer engagement has a written 90-day plan. If we're suggesting something, you should be able to read it back to us, push back on it, and disagree with it in writing. That's the only way the relationship stays clean.

We don't dress up the math. If a tier doesn't make sense for your shop's economics, we tell you. If we don't have the right tool for a problem, we tell you. Telling a $4M shop they need a $7,500/mo retainer when they don't is a one-time sale at best.

We earn the seat every month. No annual contracts. 30-day cancel. The day we stop being worth the retainer is the day you should leave. That pressure forces us to keep delivering.

A note from the Webstar Digital team

Why this company exists.

We built Webstar Digital because the gap between what restoration software claims to do and what it actually does for an owner-operator at 2 a.m. during a major storm is too wide. The good tools in this industry — Encircle, Xactimate, Albi, the JMS platforms — are solid pieces. What's missing is the connective infrastructure that turns them into a system, not a stack.

Most vendors selling to restoration come from one of two places: they're a generalist SaaS company that "expanded into property services" and doesn't understand TPA economics, or they're a restoration-adjacent franchise system selling tools to their own franchisees. Webstar Digital is neither. We're a Southeast-focused infrastructure firm that picked one vertical to be exceptional at.

If you're an owner running a $3M–$25M shop in Texas, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, or Louisiana, the bet we're making is that we can move your missed-call rate, your adjuster retention, and your cash cycle measurably inside 90 days — and that you'll know it the first time a major weather event hits and your shop is the one picking up the phone.

If that resonates, book a call. Worst case, you get a free 15 minutes of operator-level thinking about your shop. Best case, we deploy in time for the next storm.

Where we work

Service area: the Southeast.

We focus on shops in the seven states with the highest hurricane and severe-weather frequency: Texas, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Louisiana. If your shop is in another part of the country, we can still help — but we'll be honest about which parts of our playbook apply and which were built around storm-season dynamics specific to the Southeast.

Get in touch

Two ways to start.

If you're ready for the Diagnostic, book the 15-minute call. If you want to score yourself first, the readiness checklist gives you the same questions we walk Diagnostic clients through.
