Overview
Mucho Más Que Idiomas is a language academy in the heart of Madrid offering instruction in 10 languages through a unique cultural immersion methodology. Despite a decade of success with students, their online presence was virtually nonexistent — no website, no search visibility, and no way for prospective students to discover them online. They needed a digital home that communicated the richness of their approach and captured enrollment leads across every language they teach.
The Challenge
The academy had built a loyal student base entirely through word-of-mouth and local foot traffic, but they were invisible online. Prospective students searching for language classes in Madrid were finding competitors instead. Key problems included:
- No existing website — all information was shared through printed flyers and social media posts
- Zero organic search presence for high-intent keywords like 'clases de inglés en Madrid' or 'academia de idiomas Madrid'
- No way to showcase their unique cultural immersion methodology that sets them apart from traditional language schools
- Needed to communicate offerings across 10 different languages without overwhelming visitors
- Required a bilingual-friendly design that felt premium and culturally authentic, not generic
What We Built
We designed and developed a fully custom website from the ground up, positioning the academy not just as a language school, but as a cultural experience. Every design decision reinforced their philosophy: 'Aprende el idioma. Vive la cultura.'
Custom Landing Pages for Each Language
We created 10 individual course pages — one for each language — each optimized for local SEO with location-specific keywords like 'clases de japonés en Madrid.' Every page features the unique cultural elements tied to that language, from Japanese anime culture to Arabic calligraphy.
Premium Brand Identity
A sophisticated dark and gold design palette with Playfair Display typography conveys the premium, boutique feel of the academy. Cultural imagery from each language's country of origin brings the immersive experience to life before students even walk through the door.
SEO-First Architecture
Every page was built with semantic HTML, optimized meta tags, structured sitemap, and keyword-rich content targeting the Madrid language education market. We focused on long-tail queries that prospective students actually search for.
Enrollment-Focused UX
Strategic CTAs and a streamlined contact form with language and level dropdowns make it effortless for prospective students to inquire. The three-tiered program structure (Intensivo, Intermedio Cultural, Avanzado) is presented clearly so visitors self-qualify before reaching out.
Cultural Immersion Showcase
A dedicated methodology section highlights the four cultural pillars — Cinema, Cultural Outings, Gastronomy, and Music & Literature — that differentiate the academy from every other language school in Madrid.
